Sunset Estates, founded in 1987 in Purcell, Oklahoma, has thrived for over 36 years without a logo, website, or any online visibility. This presented an ideal blank canvas. Upon consultation with the team to identify their challenges, we devised a comprehensive roadmap to address their primary marketing hurdles.

To capture their essence, I initiated the process by having the team complete a brand questionnaire, enabling me to grasp their vision thoroughly. Once a shared understanding was reached regarding the mood board and color palette, I commenced crafting the necessary deliverables.
